ARCHIE STEVENS CREATIVE

Hi, I'm Archie.
Creative by nature.
A Torbay-based creative helping local businesses grow through photography, social media, copywriting and content strategy.

ABOUT ME
I'm Archie Stevens.
I’m Archie Stevens, a creative freelancer from Brixham, Devon. I help local businesses build stronger online presences through content that looks good, sounds clear and has a purpose behind it. My work brings together photography, social media, copywriting and strategy to help brands show up consistently, communicate properly and connect with the right people. I think of myself as a Swiss Army knife for digital marketing.
WHAT I DO
How I can help your brand grow.
Strategy & Growth
Simple, practical content plans that give your business direction. I help you understand what to post, why it matters and how it supports your goals.

MY APPOACH
More than content.
Good content should do more than fill a feed. It should help people understand who you are, what you offer and why they should trust you. My approach is built around clear ideas, strong visuals and consistent communication that helps your brand connect with the right people.
MY JOURNEY
From stories to strategy

Journalism roots.
GWER Podcast & GAZE Magazine
Screen Rant
Abbey Classics & Creative Content
I studied Journalism and Creative Writing at Falmouth University, where I built the foundations of how I work today: writing clearly, finding stories, understanding audiences and creating content with purpose. It gave me experience across journalism, creative writing, audio, documentary, magazines and visual storytelling.
I worked on creative projects that helped shape my approach to content. I produced work for GWER Podcast, a sustainability-focused series exploring stories across the South West, and helped create GAZE Magazine, an LGBT-focused publication built around identity, culture and representation.
After graduating, I worked as a video games feature and guide writer for Screen Rant, creating SEO-focused articles for a large online readership. This gave me hands-on experience in digital publishing, search-friendly writing, headline strategy, fast-paced content creation and understanding what makes people click, read and stay engaged.
I now work with Abbey Classics, creating website content, photography and social media for a classic car storage, events and care business in Devon. This has helped me bring everything together: storytelling, visual identity, copywriting, social media strategy and brand content.
It also marked the beginning of Archie Stevens Creative — my move into helping local businesses grow through content that looks professional, sounds clear and connects with the right people.

What inspires me.
MY JOURNEY
I’m inspired by places, stories and brands with character. Growing up by the coast in Brixham has shaped the way I see creative work — honest, local, practical and full of personality.
I take inspiration from photography, music, football, games, design, magazines, independent businesses and the everyday details that make a place feel alive. Whether it’s a shopfront, a classic car, a coastal walk or a small business doing something properly, I’m always looking for ideas that feel human.
